The St. Thomas University Tommies were downed 3-0 by the University of New Brunswick Saint John Seawolves in ACAA women's volleyball action Saturday afternoon at the Lady Beaverbrook Gym.
Set scores were 25-18, 25-14, and 25-23.
Jena DeGooyer and Lena Overlander led the Seawolves attack--which operated at a .250 percentage in the match--with 11 and 10 kills, respectively.
The Tommies, who struggled offensively with a 0.050 kill percentage, were led by Megan Mills, who had seven kills and five digs. Deidra Jones chipped in with five kills.
The Seawolves improve to 4-2 with the win, while the Tommies drop to 1-4.
