Fredricton, NB - STU Tommies men's volleyball team faced a tough start to their season, falling in straight sets to the visiting USTA Dragons.
USTA dominated from the outset, securing the first set 25-21. The Dragons intensified their momentum in the second, claiming it 25-14, and continued to hold off the Tommies' efforts in the third set, taking it 25-15.
The final score at the LB Gym saw USTA come out on top with a decisive 3-0 victory. It wasn't the start the reigning champions hoped for, but they'll look to regroup as the season unfolds.
